Over the years, I've financed a bunch of businesses and investment properties, but I gotta say, the satisfaction I got from working with Don at Visio Lending was something else.

After running into a bit of a tough spot with one of the Account Executives, Don stepped in and sorted everything out right away. His quick response and focus on getting results were really impressive.

I’ll definitely be going back to Visio Lending in the future… and that’s mostly thanks to Don Poyner’s help.

I had the chance to collaborate with a fantastic rep from Visio Lending. This guy, Michael W, was super quick to respond and really knew his stuff about the lending process. I'd definitely team up with them again.

This is the first time I’m putting in the effort to write a negative review, which shows how strongly I feel about this situation. I’ve worked with Visio on more than six loans, and this last experience has made it clear that I won’t be returning. I was let down, especially since John S was fantastic to work with. Back in my military days, we used to say, 'he’s a stud amongst duds.' Unfortunately, Visio has consistently taken way too long to finalize deals, coupled with poor communication, excessive fees, and the requirement to use their title company. But they were the only option available, so I went along with it. This most recent deal was just unacceptable. Their appraiser valued the property at $70k less than what it was worth (I had another appraisal done), and he seemed to go out of his way to act like he was the expert. Visio refused to adjust to make the deal happen and kept my upfront fees. The disregard for a loyal, long-term customer was really disappointing. Thankfully, there are other lenders out there who offer similar services - and they do it quicker, cheaper, and with more appreciation for their clients. I’d recommend steering clear of Visio.

I managed to secure four loans through Visio. My broker, Brandon Tully, was super responsive and really helpful during the entire process. I’d absolutely go with them again.

AVOID THIS LENDER AT ALL COSTS! Seriously, they are the absolute worst I’ve encountered in over 30 years of dealing with real estate. If you’re selling, steer clear of buyers who are working with this lender. It took them 12 weeks to wrap up a straightforward real estate deal. Their professionalism and communication skills are seriously lacking, and the title company even called them the most bizarre lender. Just STAY AWAY!

Visio - you better run, don’t even think about it. Their fees are some of the steepest around, and they sure know how to charm you into making a purchase. But once you’re caught up in their system, it’s like stepping into a nightmare!

There’s a total absence of professionalism and their communication skills are lacking big time. It feels like everyone is just pointing fingers at each other! Different teams make it seem like the issues are coming from outside the company or from other departments. What was meant to be a quick 30-day loan has now dragged on to 45 days, and I’ll be lucky if we wrap this up in over 60 days!

This was my first and last experience with Visio!

I’m currently dealing with a broker named Jose Salcedo, and let me tell you, he’s the absolute worst. He never gets back to my calls or emails. I even left a message and shot an email to Visio asking for a different broker, but they’ve been just as unresponsive. It’s kinda funny, though—I’ve got two loans with them and haven’t missed a single payment in two years. This company is just unprofessional and frustrating to work with. If you want better service and rates, I’d suggest calling Lima Capital instead.

I definitely wouldn't suggest them. I spent nearly three months trying to get a deal sorted out, and they returned with an appraisal that was only 75% of what my property was valued at just three months prior (before any renovations). These folks are like used car salesmen, no joke. Don't fall for the 'easy to close' nonsense; this process will drag on and waste way more of your time than your neighborhood bank. Plus, their terms are worse than what most banks offer. They hit you with pre-payment penalties, which is something I rarely see with the banks I deal with.

I'm doing my second cash-out refinance with Visio Lending and Alex, and it's been a breeze. Just a bit of follow-up was required, but it was nothing like the headaches I've had with other lenders. I'd definitely suggest going with Visio for refinancing.

Visio came through for us in a tough spot with a different lender. They were super professional and always there to respond to our queries, keeping in touch with us throughout the process, which made our refinancing experience as seamless as it could be.

Chase really knew his stuff and offered fantastic service. He answered every question I had, took care of my concerns, and got back to me quickly on calls and emails.

Once again, the service was top-notch and very professional. However, I gotta mention that my experience with the title company was quite different. They took way too long to conduct the title search.

Visio hit me with interest charges even though the funds weren't in my bank account yet. It took a whole 5 days for the money to actually show up after the deal closed. And guess what? I had to cough up the interest for those 5 days.

This company is really solid. They look after you and really know their stuff. If you’ve got your documents in order when they request them, everything goes super smoothly. I’d totally go with them again. They handle underwriting in-house, so I only needed to meet a notary to sign the papers instead of heading to the title company. For sure, I’d use them again! Big thanks!
